Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry, I collect your name, email address, business name, team size, what you’re interested in, how you found me and your message. I use this to respond to you and to discuss working together. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Discovery call bookings. If you book a call through the calendar on my Contact page, Calendly collects your name, email address and any answers you give when booking, on my behalf. I use this to hold and prepare for the call. The lawful basis is the same as above.

Clients. If we work together, I process the business contact details and any information you share with me to deliver the work, send invoices and keep proper records. The lawful bases are performing our contract and meeting my legal obligations (for example, tax records). Any employee data you share with me as part of an HR project is processed on your behalf and under your instructions, as set out in our agreement.

Emails. If you email me directly, I keep our correspondence so I can reply and keep a record of our conversation, based on my legitimate interests.

I don’t sell your data, use it for automated decision-making, or add you to a mailing list without your consent.

I use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and my business. They only process your data on my instructions:

• Lovable and Supabase: website hosting and the database that stores enquiry form submissions.
• Calendly: discovery call bookings.
• Google Fonts: the fonts on this website are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address to deliver them.
• [Email provider, e.g. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365]: email.
• [Accountant / accounting software]: invoicing and bookkeeping, for clients only.

I may also share data where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store or access data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by an appropriate safeguard recognised under UK law, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

Enquiries that don’t lead to working together: [12 months] after our last contact.

Client records: [6 years] after our work together ends, to meet legal, tax and insurance obligations.

After that, I delete or anonymise the data.

You have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how I use it, and to receive a copy of data you gave me in a portable format. Where I rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. The booking calendar only loads, and only sets Calendly’s cookies, if you choose to show it. See my cookie policy for details.

I use reputable providers with appropriate security measures, limit access to the people who need it, and only keep data for as long as I need it.
